In the month of June
a special delivery
one bundle of joy
Exploring fingers
pulling beard around my chin
grandson smiles at me
A baby smiling
grandma grins from ear to ear
without her dentures
Baby talk, we coo
like aliens from outer space
Zac* looks up,puzzled :)
In a furious race
at a fast and steady pace
baby on all four
In awe and wonder
baby stares out the window
a bird looking in
Ant searching for food
Dark shadow looms above it
a giant baby
A playful baby
ears pulled each and every way
a dog yelps and flee
In peaceful slumber
baby snuggles and cuddles
between grandparents
Tiny fingers clasp
hands of doting grandparents
we greet the new year
HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! (2011)
Baby is leaving
holiday season over

a poem I wrote for Jayce. He is beautiful. I am a step closer to heaven It is a wonder blessing. My 'little lion' lights up the room. I am so blessed as they live close. I watch him a few afternoons.
